David Tyerman - Chief Executive Officer
David is the Managing Director of Thesis and has been with the company since 1996. David has over 30 years investment experience and is responsible for delivering the Collective Investment Scheme service. David graduated from Cardiff University and City University Business School, and trained at Societe Generale Strauss Turnbull.

Sarah Noone - Client Service Director
Sarah has over 20 years' experience in Collective Investment Schemes and has held a variety of roles spanning operations, product and relationship management. Sarah has been with the company since 2009, qualified as an accountant in 1994 and is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Stephen Mugford - Finance Director
Stephen is a qualified chartered accountant with over 25 years’ experience and is responsible both for the Group Finance function and for the control of client assets, where he is the SMF responsible for client assets. Stephen graduated from Cambridge University in 1988 and then trained with Touche Ross, qualifying in 1991.

Nicola Palios - Non-Executive Chairman
Having joined the Mourant Group in 1988, Nicola became Mourant's youngest ever partner and went on to hold the position of Chief Executive from 2003 until the sale of the group companies in 2010. She now runs her own consultancy business offering a variety of services to the private equity industry, and holds a variety of Non-executive Directorships including the States of Jersey Development Company.

Vince Smith - Non-Executive Director
Vince has been an investor in small businesses for 25 years and has run J Leon’s private equity business since 1992. Investments have included a number of market leading businesses including Acis, Antenna Audio, Ted Baker, Carluccio’s restaurants and Zero C. He co-founded Iceni Capital in 2005, raising funds from several European family offices and US based endowment funds. He holds a business degree, qualified as a chartered accountant and worked at Price Waterhouse in business advisory and corporate finance.

Dan Mytnik - Non-Executive Director
Dan has been a Non-Executive Director of Qliro Group AB (publ.) (Formerly CDON Group AB) since May 2014. He sits on the boards of Cambridge Education Group Limited and dress-for-less GmbH. He served as a Director of Espresso House Holding AB. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Polish. Dan holds an M.Phil. in Economics from Wolfson College, University of Oxford and graduated from Pembroke College, University of Oxford with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.

Caro Willson - Independent Non-Executive Director
Caro worked in the Global Securities Services business of The Bank of New York for six years followed by 15 years with JP Morgan, latterly as head of Global Clients in EMEA. She co-founded and ran an award-winning artisan food business called Wild at Heart from 2010 to 2018, during which time she was also a governor and then Chair of Governors of a local primary school. Caro is fluent in English and French.

Carol Lawson - Independent Non-Executive Director
Carol worked as an Investment Manager for 18 years latterly as a joint Chief Investment Officer at Equitable Life. She now has a portfolio career as a consultant advising Investment Management firms on Governance, retail fund sectors and Regulatory changes, a charity Trustee (currently Royal Society for the Support of Woman of Scotland and formerly the Honorary Treasurer of the Royal Geographical Society) as well as an independent Non-Executive Director of ConBrio since 2022.
