Investor and Distributor Services Oversight Manager

Location: Chichester based office. Hybrid or remote working will be considered.

We have a new exciting opportunity for an Investor and Distributor Services Manager to join our Tutman Transfer Agency (TA) Oversight Team.

Job Description:

The role is responsible for TA Oversight management as well as defining and providing continuous focus on Investor service excellence across Tutman. This role will provide a designated point of contact for our Tutman retail and institutional Investors and platforms to resolve all service queries and support sponsors and fund distribution.

The role will provide input into and co-ordinate any change requests with TAs and Distributors and will work closely with projects and wider Tutman and TA teams on any future changes or launches. This will require in depth knowledge of all aspects of TA and distributor processes and relationships to ensure that Investor queries or project requests are diverted to the correct teams for resolution.

The role will champion Consumer Duty and ensure that the Investor customer journey is reviewed for continuous service improvement, internally and through TAs and distribution channels, implementing robust feedback mechanisms and reviewing service call quality and literature in line with Consumer Duty outcomes.

The job holder will have direct experience of the FCA Consumer Duty Regulation having spent at least 3 years in a Transfer Agent registrations or customer services environment within the securities industry. They will possess an expert knowledge of the industry and be up to date with current developments and trends. They will also have solid knowledge and experience of AML and CDD, as well as transactional pipeline trigger management.

Besides being a good manager who is able to take charge of a small team, the holder will have excellent skills in communication, problem solving, planning and budgeting. Ideally they will also hold the Customer Care, TA Operations or Investment Operations certificate (IOC). Knowledge of relevant regulations and customer service, as well as experience within a transfer agent or investor services centre, with robust knowledge of platforms, is essential.

It will be a requirement for the successful candidate to complete satisfactory reference checks (including, but not limited to, a DBS check, financial checks and employment references).
